Seas The Day Training Cancellation Policy

1. User Cancellation:

Users may cancel their enrolment in a course and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the course, provided that they have not accessed/downloaded course content or have not used other resources. Requests for cancelation must be sent to refunds@seasthedaytraining.com or use our contact form.

2. Non-Refundable After Access:

Once a user has accessed/downloaded course content or used other resources, the purchase becomes non-refundable. Users may still cancel their course enrolment but will not receive a refund.

3. Course Expiry:

Each purchase is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase, after which users will not have access to the course content. No cancelations or refunds will be processed after the course has expired.

4. Subscription Services:

For users subscribed to recurring services, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but a refund will only be issued if the cancelation request is received within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. No refunds will be issued for cancelation requests received after 14 days of the purchase or renewal date.

5. Course Changes and Cancellations by Seas The Day Training:

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrolment, unforeseen factors, or any other reason making it necessary to reschedule or cancel the classes. If a course is canceled, a refund will be provided to all enroled students.

6. Amendments to Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued enrolment in our courses after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Cancellation Policy.
