Seas The Day Training Cancellation Policy

1. User Cancellation
You may cancel your course enrolment and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded any course content or used any course resources.

2. Non-Refundable After Access
Once you have accessed or downloaded any course content or used any course resources, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
You may still cancel your enrolment, but no refund will be issued.
3. Course Access Period
Each course purchase provides access for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, access to the course content will expire.
No cancellations or refunds will be processed after the access period has ended.
4. Subscription Services
If you are subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time.
A refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after this 14-day period.
5. Course Changes or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational reasons.
If a course is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled users.

Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
