  2. Online Discussions & Zoom Calls: All participants are expected to adhere to this policy when engaging in online discussions and Zoom calls. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.

  3. Accessibility: We will strive to make our courses and platforms accessible to all individuals, irrespective of physical or other limitations.

  4. Grievance Procedure: Any individual who believes they have been subjected to unequal treatment may submit a complaint by emailing us at info@seasthedaytraining.com, which will be investigated promptly.

  5. Monitoring and Review: This policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure its effectiveness and will be updated as necessary.

  6. Legal Framework: This policy will be maintained and implemented in line with the Equality Act 2010 and other relevant UK legislation.

Non-Compliance

Failure to adhere to this Equality Policy may result in removal from the course, discussion forums, and/or Zoom calls, at the discretion of Seas The Day Training management.
